If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Steph at Mortgage Sense in Barrie was extremely disappointing. After the mortgage was arranged, I was left dealing with a lender who imposed excessive and questionable fees — the kind no borrower should have to fight to dispute. Steph was rarely available, hard to reach, and seemed to have no interest in helping once the deal closed. His schedule made it nearly impossible to get timely communication, this has negatively impacted my business
