I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control.
Dustin has been the ONLY person that has repaired my computers over the last 9 years (maybe longer) and never screwed anything up, and I have always been extremely happy with his work, he is a guy doing what he loves to do and not just for a pay cheque. And as a bonus he doesn't charge an arm and a leg or your first born. Dustin also has a big enough shop that he can do a lot of your custom auto parts. Yep he is a whiz kid that can install stereo's, speakers, custom headlights and several other things on your vehicle. I was in the other day to ask him a question about my sick cell phone and I notice more stock all the time. It happens that good old Bell sold me a good phone but an older model and it was so slow, it had awful battery usage and a couple of other problems. He is also brilliant with cell phones and took mine partially apart and did a few things and told me he couldn't do much with it and suggested that because I was a good customer and have sent a lot of happy people to him he would take the phone off my hands and give me an almost new Galaxy Nexus that had had a broken windshield and he programmed several things for me and went over the phone to make sure I wouldn't screw up and showed and answered questions until I understood and said to call or come in if I had a problem. The price was even cheaper than the stores by far. I normally don't write many reviews or long ones but Dustin impresses me so much and I have so much respect on how serious he takes his job and for him. He goes out of his way to help. He has even phoned me after a fix to see how it was working, and I am just a regular customer. Whether it's your laptop, PC, cell phone, tablet etc. or your vehicle for some custom work, I would strongly suggest Dustin. He is simply the best and cheapest around and will stand behind his work.
