I've been a customer for about 6 months now. I've also been to other Big Feet locations such as Vancouver and Richmond. This location is by far the most improved. Big Feet employees tend to talk to each other during foot massage with the clients. It can get annoying, sometimes funny. Surrey location used to be like that. Now they have gone better by being quiet. Their quality of body and foot massage are top notch. They massage from head to toe, front to back. I recommended my brother (a dancer), my sister (past car accident) and my dad to Mark and Tom. They said they are even better than their own chiropractor. Read more

After a couple of car accidents I tried clinics that were close to my office and other local clinics, even though friends recommended this clinic. It's not that any of the others were bad, I just wasn't improving much. I eventually saw Cathy and was really impressed with the different applications she used to rid the pain and improve mobility. i am a nurse who works in hospital full time. i definitely need rmt, a good one for long run and i recommend this clinic to everyone. i walked into this clinic cuz i live very nearby and I've been going at least once a week. the rmt's skills are outstanding. 2 years later i was under treatment for my gastroenteritis and i saw the herbalist in the same clinic as well (cuz i live closely). i received treatment and my stomach was treated after one month. i was on very heavy dose of antibiotics and it totally destroyed my normal flora. therefore i was following with the herbalist and have been following for one year. i do hot yoga at least 4 times a week it helps my body when i receive my massage. Can't say enough good things about A& T....Would highly recommend these TCM -(Traditional Chinese Medicine) Dr's for any kind of severe pain condition,especially if you have had no response from traditional physio and massage treatments for pain relief. I suffered from severe knee,leg and back pain unresponsive to other treatments. I also had significant mobility issues.I am now mobile and pain free after several months of treatments. I like that the treatments are cost effective and include the different therapies all for one price- ie:hot packs,electrical stimulation and the Chinese therapeutic massage( Quite different from any other massage I have had-Chinese massage was much more effective). The lady Dr at this clinic does acupuncture. I didn't need to try her as did great on the regular treatments, but I hear from other pts. she is excellent. These Dr's speak English fluently, as well as Mandarin. I also find them very accomodating for appts. Free parking is available at back of building and there are only a couple of stairs to go up to get into the office. Read more
