A friend and myself went to the brunch yesterday March 10, 2019 I have Celiac Disease and told them this at reservation . My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy).
I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry. The waitress did the best she could but I will never go back or take anyone with us.

Even after 20 years at this location, the owner Italo is there every evening to make certain that everything is right! This is the best Northern Italian cuisine east of Montreal, IMHO. The larger centre of Halifax, NS has a more pompous and pricey place, but Sirenella consistently delivers fresh and delicious meals in an atmosphere which is conducive to romance later in the evening, but is family-friendly earlier on. Italo's wife Lise makes the delicious deserts as well. Zagat ranked Sirenella #1 for service (thanks, Shawn, Hiro, Christian, & Corin) and #2 for food, so you can see why I come back every vacation, and why I think that it is PEI's best overall bet. If you are only in PEI for a short time don't miss Ristorante Sirenella!
