This place is amazing! We have told all our friends about this restaurant and to date nobody has been disappointed. I cannot even pick a specific dish we loved because we always try a wide variety of dishes and they are all delicious. Although I must admit the Shahi Paneer is a personal favourite. I think this restaurant is family owned/run and this comes through in the high quality of service. Coriander green is a hidden gem. If you like Indian food you will LOVE this restaurant!

After shoveling our snow, and in grudging...
After shoveling our snow, and in grudging recognition of today's semi-holiday, my wife and I got Indian take-out tonight -- the first time we've done so in Oakville, knowing of no Indian places nearly hitherto. Well. We have happened on to what may be one of the top two or three indian restaurants I have _ever_ eaten at: it's not even expensive, it's cozy inside (tho' we brought it home), and the food is really special. And very very spicy -- given prior Canadian ethnic food experiences -- wherein "spicy" means "some bites might be described as 'piquant' by a displaced frenchman who had lived upon midwestern food for a decade' -- we ordered our dished "spicy" and "medium," and even my wife -- of asian descent and a great devote of spicy food -- could scarcely take the heat. (Mild is, of course, still an option.)
