Delivery person very rude!!
I was asking politely through interphone if he's from canada post to delivery the package, he replied in a quite threatening tone ''do you want the package or not??'' Very rude!! It made me thinking it might be someone trying to entering our building pretending he's making delivery!
I then called customer service, the representative on the phone listened, but didn't sound like care that much.
Overal, An quite unpleasant experience!
If there is Zero or negative star, I would give that. Canpar is terrible, terrible! They said that the sofa is on the way, but never showed up. two days later, they email me saying that "Consignee NOT home". That was such a lie!!! I was home all day long waiting. When they sent me another email next days, saying the sofa is with driver. no one ever showed up. How can Walmart hire such a terrible company for their deliver service? I will never ever buy anything from Walmart anymore! VeryPainful!!
Pire service à la clientèle EVER. Quasi-impossible de parler à quelqu'un en français, si oui, il ne nous comprennent à peu près pas. Le "live-chat" est tout le temps surchargé, et ça, c'est quand il est fonctionnel. Les délais de livraison aux SmartSpots sont ridiculement longs. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles, je l'aurais fait.
